This piece boasts a modern design constructed out of two timeless wood species-Maple and cherry. The design utilizes a mortise and wedge connection at both legs and spreader rail. That combined with bolted swing joints allows the cradle to be broken down and stored when not needed (until the next baby comes along of course). The design proportions enable this cradle to be very sturdy and safe for your baby. The cherry slats are locked into the top and bottom rails with dado construction further adding to its rigidity.
